UPDATE- Clarification 

Sandy Garrett  of the Tennessee Board of Professional Accountability office called me & said Joe Baugh did NOT review my complaint- she will not tell me who did. I did tell her that in Tennessee many have “conflicts of interest” with NISSAN & that Judges sat on the bench during my ‘trumped up’ trial that had conflicts of interest that did not recuse themselves.  She said that they are NOT allowed to talk about issues publicly- i have lawyers that will refute Sandy Garrett’s claims. In fact I can show that Earlie Story the man who suffered in the courts of Chris Craft during the same time Martin Luther Kings family was denied justice and was also “framed” in Memphis because he witnessed a murder/cover up in the jail that was retaliation done by people involved with CIA drug trafficking- the FBI in the late 90’s knew he was innocent and did NOTHING. Below is an email I received from a person that is going to create a website highlighting their judicial abuse done to them.  FYI- a documentary is "in the works”  about the “abuses” done in the Tennessee courts.

I’m cc’ing those linked to Lockerbie cover up because the “unethical” element in society that infected the Scottish courts has infected the courts in Tennessee.  I have 6 examples of the CIA involved in abuses done in the Tennessee courts…in some of the cases innocent children were giving custody to “ so called” CIA assets & or those committing crimes for the CIA. The BPR must have made a new rule - based upon what gets posted on the web about them..... (you just might have something to do with it...)

Essentially they told me that I am prohibited from disclosing anything about my complaint against an attorney I filed on...... It was Clear that she violated dozens of rules, but they found NO violations.....

The new "gag" rule started in January of this year.

I could only post something if the attorney was found to be at fault...

Isn't that just more nuttiness in Tennessee?

They said that I would be "retaliated" against if I broke the confidentiality rule...

So, I decided that instead of making a complaint which they won't do anything - I will do so publically.  If I make further complaints, they will DENY it and THEN prohibit me from saying anything about it...

In 2009 I told the President of NISSAN North America about discrimination & corruption happing in Tennessee. He told me relocating the company to the stat was "destroying" the company.  Carlos Tavares told me he "thought" people in the state were "stupid" ... I was forced to do it AFTER "NISSAN outed me"....  I agreed to do it for 13,250 a month . Carlos Tavares emailed me DIRECTLY after I sent an email saying in a Google search change agents made between $12,500 & $15,000 a month & we'd split it in the middle. I did bad math and screwed myself in the confirmation out of $500 a month. Anyway-I told him it was all inclusive and include website fees.  Someone tell Carlos Tavares the did NOT include "bail".

It was relayed to me that I need to get Governor Haslam to do an executive order & expunge my record: since my Due Process rights were violated & fighting in the systemically corrupt courts in Tennessee is a waste of time. To be candid- this can't get any weirder....

Carlos Ghosn is VERY close to Putin & he's the Chairman of Autovaz- my ex lawyer had a conflict of interest since he was DIRECTLY paid by the Russian govt/Putin people.  Lots more to be "uncovered".... bottom line. Baker Donelson abused me... NISSAN did too & I'm sick of having to blog everyday-I was told it's my only hope of staying alive.

NISSAN-Baker Donelson & the American people... the stress my mom has been under since people aligned with Howard Baker and the NISSAN CEO Carlos Ghosn jailed me 3 times on "trumped up" charges has taken a toll on my mom.. Sure she's a former CIA operative but she's HUMAN. She has not seen her daughter me in about 3 years and she has Alzheimers... I've heard she's losing it quickly. I love my mom BUT can't see her until ALL this is resolved.  I have NOT talked to my Uncle Bill Frisbie who was Chief Pilot of Pan Am in about 3 years too.
