I Was Told Yates Makes it a Policy to Document Workers So They Can Be Fired BEFOE NISSAN Needs to Hire Them.... It's Sad. Can SOMEONE Investigate?

3 Different Sources Tell Sharyn About Yates the vendor NISSAN uses to provide them most of their  Employees discriminates.  Worse people connected to Yates "pray" that God will forgive them for their actions on abusing those that "try" to get NISSAN jobs.

Doing VERY Physical Work for about $12 an Hour.  NISSAN is  NOT providing the $23 an Hour Auto Jobs they promised the Tennessee Government.

Many STILL Qualify for and Take Food Stamps and Most Will Use ObamaCare.  You cannot support a family of 4 on 22K a year and that's ALL Nissan is offering.

TRAVERSE CITY -- About half the 1,000 new employees Nissan is adding in Canton, Miss., have been hired, but they are contract workers earning about $12 an hour and they won't become full-time Nissan employees for five years, said Bill Krueger, Nissan North America senior vice president in charge of manufacturing, purchasing and supply chain management.

No resume. Some factory work. I called Yates and all they can say is they keep them for 6 months! I really want to get in this week cause training starts sat!!!
I would have stressed on the resume. No offence but the interviewer said that is all she really looks at. She said this "if they don't have the time to whip together a quick resume then they don't have time for us" if possible I would call the career center and ask if you can give them one. But the guy who takes in your application said it was a one chance thing. Good luck.

Then why hadn't I been called??
Because they have so many people to go through.
To people just about to do the application!!: bring a resume and make sure you are not right after a job fair. Also make sure your training classes are at night.(Supervisors are the ones who want you and only take really who they see)

I got hired in Feb. When I went to the career center, they stressed to have a resume. I went home and printed out a nice professional resume.

The interviewers never once asked to see my resume. I mean, at the first interview, I just laid it on the table and was like, "here's my resume" as I was pretty proud of it....haha.

No one ever looked at mine and I still got the job. Are they still making you take the 4 hour CRC test?

I have an upcoming interview with Yates at the career center. Is Yates a temp agency like Kelly or Ranstad or is it basically an avenue for Nissan to save money? Do you get benefits like regular Nissan employees? Any info about the hiring process or any other additional info would be helpful. Thanks.
yes you get full on benefits and its a way for nissan to save money and still stay competitive in the market but you get paid decent

Yea u train for free start out at 12.50 days then moved too weekends 13 hrs straight F S S Then next weekend rotate too nights 13 straight they dont know what they doing put you here there. Over here and so on so if i was looking for job id keep looking just another way around top pay i know nissan employes making 26.00 hr and stand there let the back 12..50 man work like hell im trying too report them too OSHA. Its so fff up period and could be great job i said could
morons keep saying it

YOU DO NOT TRAIN FOR FREE!!!!! Then again, I am not familiar with your dialect. Your English is rather rough, "local". I'll back you up on one issues. You're right, all these, "temps" will ever make is half of what a real nissan employee makes. Nissan does not hire anymore. They only "hire" temps that get low wages and little benefits. However I can't blame the people applying with them. I'd rather eat than starve myself. But I am disgusted at Nissan and the way they treat their, temp "employees"
