   When do you have the Grand Opening of the Smyrna Battery plant ... You know the place that you built with 1.4 BILLION taxpayer dollars and said that 1300 jobs would be created.... i've been told those jobs are not happening.  The NEW fast charger standard approved by the USA does not work on the Leaf.  How did NISSAN spend the 1.4 Billion...
