The BBC, Guardian, Telegraph and USA Today have reported
the Lockerbie bombers case has been “dismantled” forensic evidence is showing
the man jailed for the crash of Pan Am flight 103 in 1988 is “most likely”
innocent. Many months ago I (Sharyn Bovat)
asked members of Congress to investigate.

When
America got the French involved it became "complicated" and France has
sold weapons to Iran and sells LOTS of cars to Iran. the French have
abused their power.
What America & the UK did wrong is obvious we"got in" with crooked
business people to help in "isolating the enemy". Years later Carlos
Ghosn is abusing his power from helping America. I want congressional
hearings and I want the truth exposed or I want someone to assure me
that France is taking responsibility and wants to be members of a global
alliance that wants Iran to "obey the rules" & want to be able to
have a "normal life" and that includes getting a job and moving out of
Tennessee. The people in Tennessee have terrorized me for too long.
It's time for the UK and America to tell France to be "team players"

Mark SIlverman says I should just rant about the DOE fraud... I googeled and his company makes a LOT of cash from firms that do business in IRAN. NISSAN buys a lot of advertising. My "other" new strategy is to get "other" car firms to buy ads in publications that don't do business with companies like Gannett that promote firms that support IRAN.
Think of it as SANCTIONS!!!

In Court the head of Security for NISSAN Americas said in
his 30 year I (Sharyn Bovat) was the 2nd biggest security threat to
NISSAN. How could a relocation
consultant be a “threat”? NISSAN said they sent

sure the notices did NOT say Sharyn Bovat
used to do research for CIA operatives and could "find out" that the
CEO of the company has done deals with the Iranian government during the
Iran
Contra era. Sharyn Bovat is a "former spy" (WHO WORKED FOR AMERICA)
was friends with Catherine Perez the most powerful woman at Nissan whose
been
identified as Carlos Ghosn's (former) mistress and the VP of Purchasing
could
have told her about issues in reference to the "upcoming" DOE loan
that were taking out and that were using “outdated technology” and the
cars really
cost about 80k each, jobs won’t be created in Tennessee that we told
Congress would be created and the fact NISSAN Motors will have
NO liability since we're using a 2 billion + dollar Rutherford County
IDB bond as collateral for
the loan: That bond is connected to NNA a subsidy. so "if" the EV is
bust then we at NISSAN "can walk away".... I don't think the memo telling people I (Sharyn Bovat) was a threat said that.
Rob said in court I just wanted to sue. Well if what I've
done since started whistle blowing were about money then when Mark Stout the VP
of HR offered to give me a check in March 2009 I would have taken the money
then,. If this were about money then I would have filed multiple suits a YEAR
ago. I was told SLAPP happened to me in TN and NISSAN used the Justice

I believe NISSAN used the judicial system as a “tool” to
silence a whistle blower. Had I not had
the charges against me people in DC would have ensured 2 federal budgets were
not passed with spending for a project that “is failing.”
I was jailed 3 times, had to pay a LOT of legal
fees and went through 19+ months in the TN Judicial system. I was "found guilty" of a
misdemeanor = to a speeding ticket and had to pay a $50 fine. (I do have evidence that I’m INNOCENT of the class C misdemeanor
= to a speeding ticket and if I had a jury with IQ’s over 130 I would have been
found NOT GUILTY….the fact is the case is COMPLICATED) I've offered to personally show TN Governor
Haslam the evidence. Why
did the State of Tennessee prosecute me so HARSHLY? Maybe the former and NEW governor are friends with Haley Barbour?
Also,
why did the State of Tennessee let NISSAN paid legal Joe Baugh “dictate” to the courts up until
the morning of February 1st ?
Numerous
people have told me that I'm blessed because a Good Ole Boy (Haley
Barbour/Phil Bredesen) connected judge did NOT preside over my case: It
was “an act of god."
I’ve been told strings were pulled to keep me from being RAILROADED in Tennessee and I'm grateful & I was told to thank GOD. I do that daily! I believe that: GOD WOULD WANT EVERY TENNESSEAN TO HAVE A FAIR TRIAL.
It's my new prayer that EVERY person accused of a crime in America gets a FAIR judge. I support Judicial reform for I want the courts to honor the constitution. I was told that my charge is the same as Occupy Nashville protestors and they got their record expunged within 24 hours by the Governor. How come I was not offered that? Do I have to do a press release and go to rallies and events to get people to sign a petition? I'll do it.

Just made updates to the NISSAN Whistleblower web site. I get on average 800 hits a day.
Someday's I get 2000 hits, last night a little over 1000. The UK is starting to find me VERY interesting.
