Emails from the Past ..... OMG!!!

Begin forwarded message:

Dear Sharyn:

This is a politically risky move for both of us. However, to quote Judge Kurtz "Kline Preston is not intimidated by anyone". I will gladly represent you in an action against Nissan for malicious prosecution. My fee would be 5k plus 30%. I have to charge you a fee  based on the political risk and potential fallout. You cover expenses which are the filing fee and,  depositions if any. If you decide to do this,  it needs to be done asap for the maximum effect. The testimony yesterday leads me to believe that they will pay to make this go away as well as some other things you might be able to get such as your desired references and maybe a job with them.

Best regards,

Kline

Kline,

Status Update in Malicious Prosecution Case Filed in July 2012.

I'm requesting for proof of what you have filed in reference to depositions.

On the phone numerous times you've stated you requested them.  I would like copies of the written requests.

FYI- I'm going to file a formal complaint with DOD/DOJ about Nissan making me a "high" security threat. also, I will show them that Nissan is dodging depositions in reference to the civil case.  I do not want it to look like my side has "dropped" the ball.

In October a DOJ lawyer told me I should go the "Civil" route and I need to show them I have done that.

Twice i've given names to depose  two weeks ago you asked for clarification so I'm sure you did what you said and filed a formal request.

Baker Donelson said they were sending a statement.  That is what I need.

Have a Great Day,

Sharyn

Sharyn,

I'm as relieved as you. I'm guessing your lawyer will be successful with the motion to dismiss. The good news is you don't have to worry about any of that for a month.

Thanks for asking about me and my friend. This was his 55th birthday and it will be his last. Lung cancer. He was a heavy smoker. He's pretty much at peace with things, as is his family. It was obviously very sad, but it was also touching, kind and sweet in many ways. It's tough, though.

Anyway, see you Tuesday.

Mark

Judge sick so there waa a temp judge I walk in they said hello and to be back 3-1-11

My lawyer is kline preston from Nashville he's going to file motion to dismiss.

OK I feel better.   I forgot my wallet and was nervous on how I'd get my bail if they hauled me back to jail.  I learned that a whistleblower
Should  not leave home without an American Express card.

On a serious note..  Are you OK. Friends are important and I was sad to hear about yours.
