Whistleblower Alleges NISSAN & Governor Bill Haslam of Tennessee Committed Same Type of Fraud as Haslam's Brother Jimmy is Alleged By the FBI/IRS at Pilot Flying J That Was Recently Raided By FBI. Read Humphrey on the Hill About "Bad Data" Being Promoted By the Tennessee Governor.

Below was posted on my Maria De Varenne blog last December

"..Nissan will add 1,300 workers specifically for the battery packs and for the Leafs, which will start being builtin the U.S. later this year. The Japanese automaker has invested $1.7 billion upgrading the plant, which will include a 1.3-million-square-foot facility dedicated to making battery packs. In all, Nissan will employ about 6,000 at the factory by early next year.(2013)..."

Looks Like NISSAN CEO Carlos

Ghosn's Capacity Scam is

Being EXPOSED.

I Got a Call from a former Exec that says he likes to "expand" to give his friends contracts... Yet Cars don't seem to be produced according to promises.

Tennessee Leaders:

From January to October sales increased 11% to 946,169 units and the North America ( has capacity to build 950,000,000 + Extra Capacity from 1.4 Billion Tax Dollars..)

Technically NISSAN ALREADY Has the Capacity in the USA to Build ALL the Cars They Sell in the USA Here

Bloomberg

The fact is they want to build the cars in MEXICO to "save money" if NISSAN Does NOT Pay back the Dept. of Energy loan then they should NOT be able to sell Import from Mexico.  Bill Krueger says that Mexico is part of North America and "includes" Mexico when saying cars build in the US will be 85% from North America.
HELLO "if" NISSAN used all the capacity they built (with BOND money - they are about 6 BILLION in IDB Bond Debt) then jobs would be created...

"Nissan's Mexican production includes the March, Sentra, Versa, Tiida, the historically popular Tsuru, as well as the NP300 light trucks. Seventy percent of production is exported to 100 international markets. .." NISSAN Press Release
NISSAN has significant unused capacity at both Smyrna and Canton so WHY is Ghosn looking at spending 2 Billion on a NEW plant in Mexico one that would employ 10,000 workers in MEXICO for cars to be sold in USA.   The IDB stuff is BIG. So NOW people are speculating that Ghosn is setting up for a NISSAN North America Bankruptcy.

Ghosn sees a lack of local capacity as a major inhibitor of sales growth, and is hopeful that when Nissan’s Brazilian factory comes online in 2014, more capacity from their Mexican plant can be diverted to North America. Nissan is targeting 10 percent market share in the United States by 2017and the timing of this achievement should be the impetus for the new plant.

Bill Krueger Caught in ANOTHER Bad Faith Comment Made Press. It's Pathetic NISSAN's Faux Job Creation Continues....

Smyrna can build 550,000 vehicles a year, but turned out just 282,500 in 2010

Canton can assemble 400,000, but produced only 230,000 last year.

Why Did Bill Krueger Just Say Mississippi was EXPANDING to Accommodate

"We continue to show the U.S. that manufacturing exists in Mississippi and is strong here in Canton," said Bill Krueger, vice chairman of Nissan Americas. "We can be very proud of our ability to compete in an industry where every day we fight for sales."  He said that after the expansion, the Canton plant will have the capacity to make 450,000 vehicles a year.

HELLO "If YOU Read My Blog" and many do since in court a guy said that NISSAN has a LOT of people read it then NISSAN ALREADY HAD THE CAPACITY TO BUILD 400,000 CARS... I sent an email to that fact 6 MONTH ago to 100 reporters..

The Articles About NISSAN Creating Jobs Remind Me of the Movie Ground Hogs Day......

Bill Krueger STOP Giving the Mississippi Politicians Blow Jobs..... It's Pathetic.
"....Nissan will invest more than $20 million in addition to hiring the workers. Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant said the state will provide $7.5 million in cash to pay for worker training and infrastructure. "Nissan's trust in Mississippi's workforce is evident, and I am proud that this company is creating 1,000 additional jobs for hard-working Mississippians," Republican Bryant said in a statement. The company says it has invested more than $2 billion at the Canton plant, which opened in 2003. The state has provided more than $378 million in aid and incentives....."
